ABOUT THE POSITION:

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our product and brand marketing efforts. You’re responsible for shaping the full product lifecycle from market research and technology scouting to go-to-market strategy, campaign execution, and end-of-life support. You’ll lead a team of creative marketers and collaborate cross-functionally to bring new innovations to life and ensure our message hits the mark across every touchpoint.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

You’re a seasoned B2B marketer with 7-10 years of experience leading product and brand marketing efforts, ideally with technical product lines. Having knowledge of lighting or electronic products is a huge bonus! You hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or technical background is a plus.) You bring a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and a track record of driving results across the full product lifecycle from positioning to campaign execution and analysis. You’ve led teams, collaborated cross-functionally, and know how to balance creative vision with data-driven decision-making. Lastly, you bring the energy, clarity, and consistency needed to elevate every initiative.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

You will EXPLORE by:

  • Leading product marketing initiatives across the full product lifecycle: from market research and technology trends to product launch, maintenance, and end of life.
  • Overseeing the marketing team in the creation of strategic brand, channel, and product marketing campaigns that align with corporate and business unit strategic goals and objectives.
  • Directing the marketing team in developing compelling brand and product content across digital, print, POP, video, and experiential formats.
  • Overseeing the development, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company website, CRM, and dealer locator. Ensure performance through analytics and industry benchmarks.
  • Leading demand generation activities ensuring campaign strategies support sales goals, improve conversion rates, reduce bounce rates, and increase per order item quantities to drive revenue.

You will INNOVATE by:

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, and Engineering to assess market needs, identify new opportunities, and drive go-to-market strategies for both standard and custom products.
  • Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance to continuously improve messaging, positioning, and overall brand impact.
  • Overseeing market and technology research efforts to inform product positioning, packaging, pricing, and strategy.
  • Improving the customer journey and digital experience across all platforms, including website content, product merchandising, and digital store optimization.
  • Managing and evaluating the performance of digital and content marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM and inbound campaigns.

You will PERFORM by:

  • Ensuring the entire product portfolio is cross promoted to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue across multiple markets and channels.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive marketing library and database that tracks market trends, competitor analysis, customer insights, emerging technologies, regulations, et al.
  • Managing creation of educational and promotional collateral for sales teams, distributors, manufacturers’ representatives, and customer focus groups/associations/clubs. Ensure materials are tailored to market segments and user needs.
  • Owning the tradeshow and event planning process, from strategy to execution and ROI analysis, ensuring alignment with product and sales goals.
  • Ensuring consistent brand standards across all marketing materials, websites, digital tools, and in-person experiences.
  • Collaborating with Sales to support promotional efforts and product rollouts through training, content, and tools that enhance sales effectiveness.

Education:

Required

  • Bachelors or better in Marketing or related field.

Preferred

  • Masters or better in Business Administration or related field.

Experience:

Required

  • 7-10 years: B2B marketing, including campaign creation, product marketing, and digital strategy.
