ABOUT THE POSITION:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager
to lead our product and brand marketing efforts. You’re responsible for shaping
the full product lifecycle from market research and technology scouting to
go-to-market strategy, campaign execution, and end-of-life support. You’ll lead
a team of creative marketers and collaborate cross-functionally to bring new
innovations to life and ensure our message hits the mark across every
touchpoint.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
You’re a seasoned B2B marketer with 7-10 years of experience
leading product and brand marketing efforts, ideally with technical product
lines. Having knowledge of lighting or electronic products is a huge bonus! You
hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or
technical background is a plus.) You bring a strategic mindset, strong business
acumen, and a track record of driving results across the full product lifecycle
from positioning to campaign execution and analysis. You’ve led teams,
collaborated cross-functionally, and know how to balance creative vision with
data-driven decision-making. Lastly, you bring the energy, clarity, and
consistency needed to elevate every initiative.
