We’re looking for an experienced and highly strategic integrated campaigns marketing leader to join our team.

How can you make an impact?

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating the brand and lead generation strategies. In this role, you will also build and execute the integrated marketing campaigns for ALEKS in the Math and Chemistry markets in higher education. This position can be based in Chicago, IL or located anywhere within the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Create long term Integrated Marketing plan inclusive of reputation and lead generation campaigns for ALEKS platform and releases aligned to the Product Roadmap for Mathematics & Chemistry. 
  • Supervise and drive the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success in partnership with internal teams and agency partners. 
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and use those results to make data driven adjustments in the campaigns 
  • Responsible for clear and frequent Internal Communications to ensure the cross-functional ALEKS team and key stakeholders involved in the creation of the overall Math, Chemistry and ALEKS platform strategy and brand story.
  • Ensure alignment and support of plans across Product, Marketing Development, Marketing and Implementation teams for consistency and amplification of the ALEKS brand and story. 
  • Understand and communicate ALEKS platform release information to the market and internal teams.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields. 
  • 7-10 years of related job experience. 
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems for campaign segmentation. 
  • In-depth knowledge of running B2B campaigns. 
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills. 
  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously. 
  • Proven work as a Marketing Strategist and in-depth knowledge of running B2B campaigns.
  • Creative, curious, and willing to try new approaches to engagement.
