Marketing Manager

Overview:

Our startup eCommerce leather footwear and accessory company seeks an innovative Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our proprietary brands, Milwaukee Boot Company and Moral Code.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably with an emphasis on social media and/or email marketing. 
• You have 2+ years of experience in ecommerce. Fashion industry experience preferred. 
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit. You set goals, establish processes and bring ideas to fruition. 
• You are resourceful. You see a problem as an opportunity, seek solutions and implement corrective strategies. 
• You are a team player. You approach relationships and communication with empathy, respect and a positive attitude. 
• Copywriting experience a plus. 
• Graphic Design experience a plus.

Core Responsibilities:

• Create and manage the annual promotional calendar and marketing budget. 
• Manage and grow influencer/affiliate program through Grin Platform. 
• Analyze KPIs and marketing trends to determine best strategies for future advertising and growth strategies. 
• Manage social media accounts, including posts, stories, reels, profiles, engagement, etc. 
• Write copy, design graphics and provide imagery for both web and print across internal and 3rd party platforms. 
• Provide direction, assets and feedback to the digital advertising team to ensure continued growth and success. 
• Provide Retail Store Manager with marketing support and creative assets for events and promotions.

• 2 plus years of experience in E-Commerce.  
• Fashion Industry Experience preferred
