Are you looking for a marketing manager role with an entrepreneurial, collaborative, fun, work environment? Mohagen Hansen Architecture | Interiors is a growing full-service architecture and interior design firm with a great culture. We are a dynamic, flexible, firm that excels at mentoring and developing its talent, promoting a collaborative, hybrid work environment, and encouraging new ideas and approaches to design and growing the firm. We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team! This person will work directly with the Marketing Director to support new business development and client maintenance through the development of proposals, presentations and promotional materials while also maintaining and enhancing the firm’s social media presence. This position also includes providing general marketing assistance and communications support, both internal and external. This position offers the potential to grow into a senior level role with the firm for the right person who demonstrates the skills, professionalism and drive to attain it.

The Position

You will play an integral role in marketing the firm with specific emphasis on the following:

  • Develop proposals, presentations, brochures and other materials for new business development. 
  • Produce graphics for tradeshows, advertising, client events, etc. 
  • Maintain involvement in general marketing efforts including research, client surveys, writing, public relations and event planning. 
  • Assist in managing all digital marketing including the website and social channels. 
  • Assist with developing and maintain a social media schedule that encompasses consistent posting of fresh content and videos.

What We’re Looking For

The position requires the expertise of a team player with a solid work effort. You will bring an ability to effectively organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Other qualifications we are seeking include the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (marketing, graphic design and/or journalism preferred) or equivalent experience. 
  • Three to five (3-5) years of demonstrated experience preferably in an architectural, engineering, interior design or service environment. 
  • A passion for marketing with a creative mind! 
  • Graphic design expertise proficient working with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is important and WordPress experience for website maintenance would be a plus! 
  • Experience with promotional material design and page layout and writing with attention to detail and editing skills. 
  • Professional communication and people skills as you will be representing the Firm at many different events.
