As one of the leading architectural and interior design firms in the Midwest, we have the opportunity to have an in-house marketing team. Our firm specializes in the design of schools, healthcare facilities, long-term care facilities, offices, churches, apartments and civic buildings. We have three offices, with our headquarters in Walker's Point in Milwaukee, Madison and Sarasota, FL. The marketing team supports all of the offices and is instrumental in the success of the firm. Our Milwaukee headquarters was named one of the coolest offices in the City and has free parking, access to many restaurants, a free fitness center and secure bike storage. As a company we host a number of events including cook-outs, social gatherings, fundraising campaigns and charitable activities.

Position Details

Marketing Manager
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Client Relations. This role will organize and coordinate project proposals, interviews and collateral for client meetings, events and tradeshows. Other responsibilities include creating social media posts, email campaigns and blog posts for the specific studios. Participation in marketing meetings, and lead tracking are essential to this role.  In this role you will manage one Marketing Coordinator and one Graphics Marketing Specialist

PRA is a full service architectural and interior design firm and is seeking a marketing coordinator to focus on healthcare and long-term care markets. Tasks include:

  • Preparing responses to Requests for Proposals and Interview Presentations
  • Creating marketing materials for business development meetings
  • Assist with speaking engagements, submissions and presentation materials
  • Assist in event and tradeshow organization, coordination and execution (some local travel may be required)
  • Create social media posts, email marketing campaigns, blog posts and content for website
  • Maintain CRM database with contacts, companies and activities (training provided)
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Client Relations and partners of the studios to further marketing and business development

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing or similar
  • One to three years of experience

Computer Skills:

  • PC Skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • WordPress
  • Constant Contact Email Marketing

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of personalities and expertise levels
  • Photography and videography a plus
