Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing of a wide variety of marketing initiatives to ensure that they are executed throughout the marketing, production and creative teams with excellence. Responsible for the execution of marketing programs that drive consumer awareness, consideration, and sales for current and new consumers/customers/shoppers.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and develops relationships with internal cross-functional partners, affiliate partners and influencer talent and agencies as needed. 
  • Manage the Slumberland Affiliate Marketing Program and the Slumberland Influencer Marketing Program, which includes influencer/partner identification, influencer/partner management, media execution, and reporting. 
  • Manage content calendars and other organic social, email, and direct mail campaigns. 
  • Assist on creative projects like TV/Video campaigns as needed, providing styling and creative and branding assistance. 
  • Assist with brand management leadership in applying standards across the marketing department and the company as requested. 
  • Assist on various projects and applying varying levels of support from leadership to thought leadership to tactical execution. Projects may include community programs, PR, grand opening events, and more.


  • Communicate routinely with marketing team members and cross functional teams. 
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly project reviews. 
  • Manage service level agreement expectations with all requesters of marketing services. 
  • Develop and maintain quarterly and monthly campaign, event and production calendars. 
  • Use and support the operating excellence tools: work structure, tactical plans, L3 directional A3, and problem solving documents. 
  • Participate in appropriate meetings. 
  • Collaborate with all necessary individuals and teams to complete tasks and facilitate improvement projects.


  • Create monthly Key Result Areas report.


  • Adheres to safety policies and practices and consistently models safe behaviors and risk reduction procedures.

Non-Essential Functions:

  • Maintains a safe and insurable driving record that will allow for driving on company business.


  • Minimum 2 years working in a fast-paced advertising production environment. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and all social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) 
  • Preferred but not required:Retail Brands,Style focused campaigns andLocalized marketing planning
