Under the supervision of the Corporate Director of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Manager executes marketing strategies and programs to increase the profitability of all global business units with activities in marketing, public relations, internal communications, advertising and market development.

  • Plan and implement all aspects of global marketing projects with responsibilities that include public relations, special events management, social media, direct marketing, and advertising.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Gather and analyze customer insight.
  • Implement interactive, digital, and social media related marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage marketing benchmarks and market research projects.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials for internal and external customers.
  • Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
  • Assist in special events to promote Spancrete.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in marketing working in a Business to Business environment, global experience a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, judgment, communication, analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform multiple priorities independently.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
  • Ability to contribute in a team environment and/or independently.
  • Understanding of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Products.
  • Travel expectation – 10%.
