With distribution centers in Madison and Green Bay, our service area covers Wisconsin, northern Illinois, eastern Iowa, and the U.P. of Michigan maintaining to serve H.V.A.C. & R. contractors and dealers. From these distribution centers we provide delivery of product and supplies, along with providing an array of other services including training, business consulting, system design, and technical support. You’ll set up our Marketing Department from the ground up.
You will develop and coordinate marketing strategies, creating and maintaining a variety of marketing platforms to reach our customers, and evaluating the success of these strategies and programs. Collaboration with sales and purchasing teams on forecasting and new product/supplies is essential for timely marketing efforts.
This is a working supervisor, who’s willing to pull up their shirt sleeves, pitch in, and get the work done!
Skills and experience we are looking for:
If you’ve started a Marketing department before and have a proven track record from development through execution and evaluation of marketing strategy and tactics, you may be our candidate of choice! Do you understand the distribution marketplace? What do you know about HVACR? Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML to help our web administrator is essential for back up responsibilities. A bachelor degree and prior supervisor experience is preferred. Valid driver license required.
