Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives. Partner with Sr VP of Sales & Marketing to oversee and coordinate all marketing, communications, advertising and promotional activities. Drive core initiatives that increase new sales leads.


  • Strategy Development – Align with sales leadership and across departments to assist in execution of Terso strategy while enhancing Terso’s thought leadership position in the healthcare and life sciences markets. Build, refine, and present key metric analyses and make recommendations to align sales and marketing strategies for continued growth. Develop and execute core elements of an annual marketing plan.
  • Leadership – Manage and support the development of the Marketing team
  • Partner Marketing Development & Support – Collaborate with Terso Strategic Accounts to develop and support key marketing initiatives to drive additional adoption and growth in the healthcare market.
  • Digital Marketing – Work with marketing team on core elements of Terso website, including design elements. Provide direction and support for Google Analytics work, SEO, and digital advertising efforts.
  • Social Media Management – Assist with social media campaigns and research. Update social media channels. Refine social media strategy and assist with developing key performance indicators.
  • Campaign Development – Create content and messaging to support SDR and sales teams to drive additional leads. Build direct targeted advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • Trade Shows & Meeting Planning - Coordinate booth logistics, conduct pre and post event marketing while promoting our brand at trade shows and industry events.
  • Project Management - Proactively identify checkpoints for each project. Monitor projects and troubleshoot potential problems and delays. Work with project teams to resolve project issues.
  • Industry Liason – Contribute to identified key industry organizations to strengthen market presence and build a deeper understanding of how to position Terso’s solutions in our core markets.
  • Miscellaneous - Support assorted activities such as web content, product images, may coordinate legal and regulatory approvals, prepare call summaries and communication templates, assist with graphic design projects.
  • Understand and comply with ethical, legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our business.


  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of marketing experience including managing social media campaigns. 
  • Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to work on detailed projects and assignments and to follow through.


  • Experience with Adobe Suite 
  • One plus years of project management experience in a business environment.


  • Ability to use telephone equipment. 
  • Ability to use computer equipment. 
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
