This integral Marketing Manager role positions, promotes and contributes to the value of the destination and brand, drives the Town Center’s vibrant culture, and supports the strategic perspective of the growing Center and its future. Maintaining and enhancing a sense of place, a sense of community and civic pride in the Town Center are our “core values.” The owners have exciting expansion plans for the next stage of the development that will reinforce these values.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and enhance our “core values” at all times 
  • Develop, implement and evaluate the performance of an annual strategic marketing plan and budget, including digital media, traditional media, social media, sponsorship, PR and events 
  • Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across channels 
  • Create traditional and digital marketing materials 
  • Manage paid and organic social media content across all platforms to promote Center and drive traffic 
  • Plan, manage and execute special events and entertainment features 
  • Spearhead community giveback initiatives, events and campaigns 
  • Communicate regularly with retailers on current offers, promotions, hiring needs and in-store initiatives to leverage across Center marketing channels 
  • Collaborate with design, leasing and PR partners on marketing strategies and materials 
  • Maintain effective internal communications across all stakeholders on marketing strategies and initiatives 
  • Analyze overall property, merchandise category and retailer sales performance on a monthly/seasonal basis in comparison to national and consumer trends and competitors

Ideal candidates are:

  • Professional, enthusiastic and highly organized 
  • Creative marketers with a wide knowledge of traditional and digital marketing practices and strong communication skills 
  • Confident and independent self-starters who also thrive in a team environment 
  • Skilled in content creation, social media, digital marketing and analytics, graphic design, branding and event management 
  • Able to develop and foster relationships across many stakeholders, including retailers, local officials, community partners, visitors and more 
  • Able to serve as a spokesperson and publicly represent the Center 
  • Experienced with a minimum of 5 years in marketing and communications roles and a bachelor’s degree in related field
