Untitled Art’s headquarters is just outside of Madison, in Waunakee, WI. This role can be based out of the home office or be fully remote in the U.S.

Position Details

Marketing Manager
Southwest Wisconsin
Waunakee/Remote, WI

We’re looking for our first internal marketing hire who can lead marketing efforts for the e-commerce website, social media, email marketing campaigns, and develop marketing & sales collateral. The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the success of our e-commerce platform and successfully engaging our customers in a variety of channels. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and sales to successfully market Untitled Art products as we continue to grow. In this role, you’ll build the Untitled Art brand and oversee marketing projects like our e-commerce & website redesign. Our products include NA Beer, CBD seltzer, wine spritz, craft beer, coffee, seltzers, and RTD cocktails. Job Requirements:

  • Providing guidance will be key as you support and direct both internal and external resources in the creation of shopper marketing initiatives from concept all the way to completion. 
  • As a strong strategic thinker, you will play a vital role in brand analysis work– including tracking volume, retail data, competitive insights, and transforming data into selling tools.
  • In Channel/Shopper marketing, meeting deadlines is of paramount importance. Your clear, persuasive direction will facilitate managing, coordinating, and orchestrating all the elements of the brand program, including each successive component of the marketing mix. 
  • You will assist in the achievement and tracking of volume, profit, and brand health goals.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Guide and manage our social media strategy on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter including working with potential influencers 
  • Analyze conversion rate and measure success of marketing campaigns and look for ways to improve conversion to sales on digital channels 
  • Create weekly email marketing campaigns and other strategies to reach out to our customers like a text message club 
  • Design marketing materials for UA brands including sales collateral, copy media, and in-store branding 
  • Keep the content up-to-date on our e-commerce and UA websites 
  • Oversee all marketing projects like our website redesign and e-commerce along with external contractors and web designers 
  • Develop a strong understanding of the beverage industry and market over time 

Job Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience with a CPG or e-commerce company. Experience marketing food/beverage products is a plus. 
  • Proven ability to build a brand presence on social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to drive sales. 
  • Experience with Shopify and 3PF integration. 
  • Email marketing experience and experience using automated marketing platforms like Shopify, MailChimp, or Hubspot. 
  • Experience developing digital copy, branding materials, and sales collateral 
  • Strong ability to work independently to accomplish marketing goals. 
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and time-management skills 
  • At least 21 years of age.
