Primary Objective & Scope of Position:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting marketing and media related initiatives regarding ordering of and coordination of materials for franchise locations including but not limited to preprints; posters; direct mail; TV and other marketing assets.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:

Materials Coordination

  • Works with edit house, printers, agencies, and other appropriate vendors. 
  • Work with internal team members in various roles including managers, directors, franchise owners and others to communicate, process, track, manage and order marketing materials. 
  • Manages the ordering process for marketing collateral including circulars, posters, sign holders, tags, and more. 
  • Learns the current role and processes and improves it: increasing organization, streamlining processes, developing new tools for managing, and more. 
  • Maintains the Franchise orders in the franchise budget database. 
  • Tracks and maintains documents for the group with excellence, and without misses and errors. 
  • Lay out document timelines and tasks and implement.

Communication

  • Communicates routinely with marketing team members and cross functional partners including Sales Directors and Franchise Business Consultants. 
  • Weekly, monthly reconciliation of invoices. 
  • Process month end data for accounting, including franchise billing information. 
  • Use and support the operating excellence tools: work structure, tactical plans, L3 directional A3, and problem solving documents. 
  • Participate in appropriate meetings. 
  • Collaborate with all necessary individuals and teams to complete tasks and facilitate improvement projects.

Analysis

  • Develop and maintain tracking of competitive activity.

Requirements:

Knowledge & Education Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years working in a deadline-oriented environment, where demonstrated excellent organizational skills.

Physical Demands/Work Environment/Equipment:

  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and utilize senses such as vision, speech and hearing. Work primarily within a climate-controlled office environment. Occasional travel, typically to visit stores or attend relevant conferences/seminars.
