As a Multi-Media Production Analyst, this position serves as a Customer Communications Subject Matter Expert to administer and improve Customer Communication Management (CCM). Incumbents in this role support CCM Governance Guidelines and Application, maintain data to drive variation, configure content within the CCM solution to maximize reuse, and seek opportunities to increase CCM flexibility.
