Our Vision | Nokomis Energy is a Midwest based provider of clean energy solutions helping communities, companies and utilities take advantage of the Energy Transition. We are hiring a Marketing Operations Associate to help develop 1-20MW solar and storage solutions across US distribution grids.

How You’re Helping the Transition | At Nokomis, we recognize that with increasing frequency, communities, businesses, and organizations are seeking to become active participants in transitioning our energy system to cleaner, cheaper and more local sources. Our Marketing Operations Associate will play an integral role in organizing and maintaining our prospective market data to improve our outbound and inbound marketing and to improve the customer experience. On any given day you will be managing our Hubspot environment supporting CRM data and marketing automation workflows, as well as other general campaign support.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage sales and marketing tools and technologies needed to support marketing and sales campaigns – Ensure data integrity and organization and optimize automation 
  • Coordinate and integrate information from website, social media, and other platforms for campaigns, performance reports, and customer service 
  • Support outbound and inbound campaign execution 
  • Lead and train on CRM best practices

Why You’re a Good Fit | Our ideal candidates will be excited about data integrity and segmentation frameworks and application, and internal customer interface with sales and marketing data. Previous experience in clean energy is not required, but strong organizational skills, data relationship management, and an aptitude for process optimization are a must. This role will work on many aspects of marketing and sales data input and campaign execution — offering multiple paths for growth in sales, marketing, or platform management. Compensation:

  • Total Annual Compensation (Salary + Bonus) of $75-95K based on experience
