Molex is looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing global Strategic Marketing team. You’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact with a company focused on digital marketing transformation. What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Educate and steer extended marketing teams to the best approaches, channels, and outcomes as the go-to expert for demand gen, lead gen, digital advertising, and marketing automation. 
  • Use your insights and imagination to define, structure, execute, and optimize a wide array of lead gen campaigns across a mix of digital marketing channels. 
  • Lead a growing team of passionate Marketing Operations, Digital Advertising, and Demand Gen professionals. 
  • Own and manage the marketing automation platform, lead scoring and routing workflows, email deliverability, data quality, segmentation, and integrations. 
  • Oversee the email and advertising implementation process including email configuration, landing page setup, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns. 
  • Drive a marketing technology stack roadmap – evaluating, selecting, implementing, customizing, and maintaining best-in-class tools to accelerate sales and marketing goals. 
  • Keep a pulse on the ever-changing MarTech landscape to continually discover new potential tools, channels, and tactics. 
  • Collaborate with IT and sales operations teams to implement, maintain, and monitor system integrations that ensure the insights and actions pass seamlessly between marketing and sales systems. 
  • Establish a comprehensive reporting and dashboard strategy and implement tools to identify and measure campaign performance, surface insights into marketing effectiveness, influence future investment strategies, and communicate attribution and pipeline KPIs to both marketing and business teams.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns that integrate paid web, email, social media, paid search, and display advertising channels.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Acoustic, Eloqua, Hubspot or Pardot.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Marketing Automation Experience: You have 8+ years of hands-on experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Acoustic, Eloqua, Hubspot, or Pardot including experience owning and administering the marketing automation platform and familiarity with lead routing and tracking in Salesforce. 
  • Email Campaign Experience: You have 8+ years of hands-on experience planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing B2B email marketing campaigns. 
  • Digital Advertising Experience: You have experience managing, planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing B2B digital marketing campaigns that integrate paid social media, paid search, and display advertising channels. 
  • Data Privacy Knowledge: You have up-to-date knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations around the world. 
  • Technical Aptitude: You have worked with highly complex processes and a large MarTech stack; ability to understand technologies and how to leverage them to achieve desired results. 
  • Stakeholder Management: You are a strong collaborator and enjoy working in matrixed organizations to help drive campaign execution across multiple teams. 
  • Knowledge Seeker: You are data-driven, and a continual learner. You’re always researching new strategies and techniques to continuously improve your programs. 
  • Analytical Mindset: Thoughtful problem-solving tendencies with the ability to take initiative and ownership and a focus on continuous improvement.
