We are seeking a full-time Marketing Operations Manager. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will ensure no lead is left behind, marketing touch points are attributable, the marketing database and marketing tech stack are strong, and we have a best-in-class owned email program.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Marketing Operations roadmap, keep abreast of industry trends and work with senior management across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to outline our long-term vision. 
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to optimize strategy, attribution models and funnel metrics in order to meet KPIs. 
  • Define and implement best-in-class lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions of quality leads. 
  • Own and maintain data accuracy and develop a comprehensive view of key audiences to ensure the health of the marketing database, including data enrichment and segmentation. 
  • Work closely with marketing teams to define email campaign strategy to ensure we are being fully effective. 
  • Flawlessly manage ongoing production, testing, execution, optimization, and reporting of all B2B/B2C/Operational email campaigns for the organization. Including email compliance and the management of the marketing team email calendar. 
  • Act as liaison with the business stakeholders to articulate business problems/opportunities, develop use cases, and deliver business requirements to our partners in IT. 
  • Proactively analyze data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for improvement.

Relevant Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or related field of study. 
  2. Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in marketing. 
  3. Demonstrated leadership in applying marketing technology within the business to improve execution and contribute to company growth. 
  4. Extensive experience and proficiency with large marketing or sales systems (e.g. Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics). 
  5. Experience implementing and optimizing multi-touch attribution models and solutions (e.g. Bizible or other tools). 
  6. Excellent organization and time management skills. Must be able to easily handle day-to-day maintenance tasks and maintain a workload of projects. 
  7. Self-starter. Proven ability to drive projects through to completion while showing initiative and good decision-making. 
  8. Experience working in an Agile development methodology. Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus. 
  9. Strong written and oral communication skills. 
  10. Ability to collaborate and work in a cross-functional matrix environment.
