Job Overview

The Marketing Operations Specialist – Content Producer is a member of the in-house Creative Studio within the Brand Marketing Team at Fairview. This dynamic and hands-on role will serve as a day-to-day operational lead, ensuring effective management and execution of marketing assets used for both internal and external projects and campaigns. 

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, who is eager to drive innovation and efficiency in a fast-moving environment. This role requires someone who thrives in solving problems, improving workflows, and leading operational strategy for creative projects that impact both the employee and patient experience, as well as drive greater brand awareness and engagement. 

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Operations, this role will oversee the operational efficiency, workflow, and execution of content production across multiple formats––including digital media, video, social content, print, photography, and signage. This role is responsible for optimizing processes, managing project resources, and ensuring seamless collaboration between creative, brand marketing, internal and external partners in order to deliver high-quality content on time and within scope, while ensuring alignment with the health system's strategic goals and adherence to brand standards.

  • Project Management: Lead the execution of multiple creative projects, ensuring smooth workflow from concept to delivery. Manage incoming creative and content briefs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strategic alignment before kickoff. Work within and help refine project management tools/resources to manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure all content is produced on time and within the defined scope.
  • Content Production: Oversee the production of various content types, including but not limited to video, digital assets, print collateral, social media content, signage, email campaigns, and internal communications.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and communications teams to align on objectives, creative direction, and project scope. Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and manage revisions.

  • Creative Asset Management: Ensure proper management, organization, and archiving of creative assets. Ensure assets meet brand standards and are optimized for the appropriate channels.

  • Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the creative process, ensuring that all deliverables are produced meet the health system’s objectives and brand guidelines.

  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors, including photographers, videographers, and other freelance creatives, ensuring effective coordination, contract management, and delivery of quality work.

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of creative projects, track KPIs, and provide reporting on project outcomes. Use data and feedback to refine processes and improve future content production efforts.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine content production workflows to enhance efficiency and quality. Introduce best practices and tools to streamline the creative process.

Required:

  • B.S./B.A. Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content production and marketing operations, preferably within an in-house creative or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Monday.com) and digital asset management systems.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content creation and production expertise
  • Proven experience in navigating production-related talent and business affairs.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of brand management and storytelling
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for healthcare
  • Experience managing incoming briefs, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and strategic alignment before production begins.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and to effectively manage through it
  • Experience collaborating with creative, content, and marketing teams to drive efficient production processes.
  • Knowledge of design principles, brand consistency, and the importance of storytelling in content creation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Build strong relationships and instill trust and confidence with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and leadership teams
  • Work independently and collaboratively, making data-driven decisions to optimize content production efforts. 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media, and content management systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools (Asana), Asset Management Tools; Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power-Point, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations (HIPAA compliance, patient-sensitive content)

  • Experience in healthcare or non-profit organizations

$80100.80-$113068.80 / Annual *based on full time (80 hours/ppd or 1.0 FTE).
