The Marketing Operations Specialist serves as a primary contact for internal teams on digital marketing automation projects and the Marketing Operations Centerplans. This person will implement digital marketing campaigns, serveas an administrator of the marketing automation and analytics platforms. The Marketing Operations Specialist will also organize and track campaign analytics across marketing channels and execute digital marketing campaigns as assigned.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Analyze the efficacy of and provides recommendations for optimizing digital marketing campaigns 
  • Leads the development of reporting on multi-channel digital marketing efforts by building data visualization and dashboards for internal stakeholders 
  • Supports the activities and objectives of the Marketing Operations team. Implements and executes digital marketing automation campaigns and projects. Serves as an administrator of the marketing operations platform. 
  • Develops and sets up campaign assets including email templates, landing pages, contact lists, campaign workflows, and automation rules. 
  • Acts as subject-matter-expert regarding automation workflow, planning, processes, production, timelines, and analysis. Focuses on quality and efficiency in the execution of duties. Assists with proofreading and QA processes for all releases. 
  • Works with internal users to understand their approval process and timing needs, incorporating them into detailed project plans and schedules. Maintains and communicates project status reports, providing regular updates. Collaborates with cross-departmental teams to ensure needs are met and projects stay within scope, timeline, quality expectations, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). 
  • Assists with knowledge-sharing and quality assurance throughout the project life cycle; identifying risks, devising mitigation plans or recommending alternative options. 
  • Ensures a smooth transition from design through set-up, testing and deployment, gathering and organizing all creative digital assets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of related experience 
  • Proficiency using Power BI, Tableau, Funnel.io or other BI Tools to build dashboards 
  • Experience with CRM tools / Google Analytics, 
  • Proficiency with Marketing Automation tools such as Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc a plus. 
  • Experience with social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
