Position Details

Marketing Platforms Project Manager
Twin Cities Metro
Eagan, MN

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for all process related to TBG 
  • Oversee the overall platform for basic functionality and needed improvements – will be seen as the “TBG Expert” 
  • Act as the main Marvin liaison/partner with The Bernard Group 
  • Oversee and manage inventory levels and communicates internally and externally on replenishing as needed 
  • Coordinate all needed integrations with Marvin technology and ensures accuracy with a cross-functional team approach 
  • Oversee and manage and provides solutions for all needed accounting and billing processes 
  • Manage the overall TBG budget and provides Finance and Marketing Leadership Team with monthly updates 
  • Train, educate and update Field Marketing and Territory Managers on roll-outs with regular communications 
  • Partners with field marketing and sales to understand the dealer experience that the Marvin Storefront is looking to provide/enhance/solve for 
  • Sets the communication cadence, content and strategy to support a rollout, new dealers, new materials, etc. 
  • Assembles and manages imagery with Creative Studio for Storefront items/kits/displays 
  • Partners with Creative Studio to identify any issues with printed pieces (color, quality, brand standards) and surfaces these to TBG for resolution 
  • Manages legal agreements and contracts with Marvin legal team 
  • Creates new user/account process; controls registrations/account information 
  • Partners with HR and Sales to add new internal employees and offboard as needed 
  • Develops onboarding materials on TBG for internal employees and channel partners 
  • Works with Pricing department to determine pricing for displays/parts on Storefront 
  • Manages the TBG vendor account and invoicing (i.e. Laserfiche)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills. 
  • An exceptional multi-tasker who knows how to address challenges within a collaborative team environment and surface risks

  • Understands and is driven by customer behavior – will help Marvin Storefront evolve as the landscape for the Marvin dealer network evolves

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or a related field is required. 
  • Project Management Certificate, PMP Certification preferred 
  • Successful experience working with a CRM – Salesforce preferred 
  • 5+ years project management and proven track record of success.
