Position Details

Marketing Program Assistant
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

This part–time position (12 hours/week) is responsible for providing administrative support primarily in the areas of marketing and event planning. 

The Program Assistant will have responsibility to support marketing efforts by assisting with print and digital promotion pieces, email marketing and maintenance of media files and lists.

In addition, they will assist with collateral and projects related to our larger events. The Assistant will complete a variety of administrative tasks to include filing, mail merges/mailings, preparing reports, and revising PowerPoints.

The position requires 1-3 years in an administrative position, a high school diploma, and Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative suite experience. An Associates degree is preferred. Strong verbal communication skills, accurate typing skills, organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are a must. Flexibility, a positive attitude and the ability to manage large volumes of work in a busy office is vital.

Flexible schedule available.

Pay is $14-16/hour.
