The Marketing Project Coordinator role incorporates project
management, production knowledge, and process coordination. The primary
function of this role is to work as a liaison that coordinates between the
marketing team, merchandising team, and creative team (both internal and
agency). They will also work closely with a number of external vendors to
produce and deliver all related projects.
The Marketing Project Coordinator sets a schedule of
deadlines for the completion of all jobs and assigns resources to each
necessary step in the process, monitors the progress of the project, and
communicates with the appropriate parties as needed. The Marketing Project
Coordinator is responsible for partnering with stakeholders in the department
to define processes, timelines, and setting priorities.
