This exciting position is responsible for keeping track of project details, processing mail lists, developing and managing data strategies and compliance, handling new orders, working with team members on project changes or stalled projects and more. With a customer-focused attitude and solid communication skills, the right candidate will excel at!, a fast-growing marketing firm on Madison’s west side, seeks an organized Marketing Project Coordinator with strong attention to detail and an interest in working with consumer loan data including all three credit bureaus. This is an exciting position for someone who is looking to begin a career in the marketing field. Part of the position would be working in our Data department to run firm offers of credit for our Financial clients. With a customer-focused attitude and solid communication skills, the right candidate will excel at!

Marketing Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Keep track of dozens ofproject details every day
  • Strategize with sales rep, creative team, and client on campaign details
  • Prepare and route all final proofs for press
  • Traditional and digital print production knowledge for use in best practices
  • Oversee entire mailing process including list processing, postage invoices, and presort approval
  • Enter and/or review all new orders including order confirmation with clients
  • Communicate with clients on project milestones
  • Communicate with vendors on project details
  • Help to resolve stalled projects
  • Keep all team members informed of project changes

Data Responsibilities:

  • Strategize with clients on best practices for targeted data
  • Effectively work with credit bureau data to accomplish strategy, stay compliant and hit tight deadlines
  • Keep track of all data clients and various steps of vetting process with the credit bureaus
  • Run complex, multi-level lists in database with no errors
  • Review proofs from an FCRA compliance standpoint

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational, time management and multitasking skills 
  • Analytical skills needed
  • Ability to work well in a team environment 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills 
  • Software requirements: Microsoft Office – especially Outlook and Excel
  • knowledge is a bonus
  • Understanding of consumer loans is a plus
