The Marketing Project Coordinator focuses on the coordination and implementation of ongoing marketing programs and projects. In this position, you’ll provide outstanding customer support for Infinity retailers and the Infinity marketing team by assisting with national and local marketing programs and campaigns. This role will drive programs forward through proactive planning, efficient project management, and proactive problem solving and communication.

Highlights of your role

  • Serve as Marketing’s first point-of-contact to assist retailers and sales team with marketing requests; develop and maintain relationships with Infinity retailers and CORE retail locations. 
  • Develop, manage, and implement communications for Infinity marketing program releases and general retailer communications, including the determination of the communication plan and creation and distribution of communications. 
  • Implement and execute retailer marketing programs. Support continuous improvement of these programs, including process improvements, maintaining and creating presentation materials, and providing analysis and regular reports. 
  • Support design and implementation of inbound marketing strategies and tactics. 
  • Support development of marketing collateral via collaboration with external and internal resources (e.g., sell sheets, catalogs, photography, display graphics, digital assets, advertising templates, video, email, case studies). 
  • Manage Infinity Marketing Express assets in collaboration with Design/Production team. Assist with website content CMS management and content entry. 
  • Demonstrate high-quality project management skills including: on time completion; diligent budget management; efficient and proactive solicitation of input and approvals.

You’re a good fit if you have

  • All combinations of education and experience will be considered, but a college degree in marketing is preferred 
  • Prior work experience in marketing communications or advertising and project management is preferred 
  • Demonstrated experience organizing information, communicating effectively, and working as part of a team 
  • Understanding of basic marketing and business principles, including digital marketing (experience or understanding of Salesforce a plus) 
  • Experience working with outside vendors to complete projects and achieve objectives 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project)
