Marketing Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Marketing Project Manager that will be responsible for working directly with the creative team and internal marketing teams to manage assigned marketing projects from concept design to final deliverable: email, web banners, social media, video, print collateral, signage, and other marketing mediums.

You Will:

Serve as internal liaison to internal marketing teams and creative team for 2-3 product launches per year:

  • Serve as main point of contact for all product launch initiatives and manage all deliverables: both digital and print 
  • Partner with design team for all requests: websites, videos, emails and social media, drives and DVDS, print files for print vendor 
  • Create detailed timelines and milestone grids for large initiatives such as product launch, branding campaigns and larger company wide campaigns

Serve as main point of contact for all cross functional teams that need marketing support:

  • Build and improve on processes for cross functional teams that require creative support: Product Management, Human Resources, Education & Training, Sales & Customer Service, Strategic Sourcing 
  • Develop and prioritize timetables and manage final delivery of work; ensure overall project timelines and intermediate due dates are met. 
  • Provide recommendations for the most effective and cost-efficient marketing deliverable that will meet or exceed their expectations

Drive creation, production and fulfillment of all marketing projects by:

  • Recommending new marketing trends/deliverables to help drive costs down while improving the quality, speed, and efficiency of project output. 
  • Following detailed process for the execution of all projects: PDFs for websites, emails, videos, social and print 
  • Understanding all the digital deliverables and communicating detailed updates and timelines (70% of work) 
  • Obtaining all project specifications and requirements for print projects (30% of work)

Work directly with Director of Marketing Operations and Supervisor of Marketing Operations on improving and standardizing marketing processes:

  • Assist in editing and creating new SOPs for the marketing department 
  • Create new and updated processes for workflow management

You Will Need:

Ideal candidate has a B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising or Communications

3-5 years of practical professional experience in corporate project management, marketing, advertising or communication

Strong working knowledge of the design and print production process

Familiarity with:

  • Microsoft Office (Including Word, Power Point and Excel) 
  • Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Oracle

Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines

Thoroughness in communication and interpersonal communication skills
