Marketing Service Coordinator

We are open to part-time hours. We are willing to dove tail with the new employee if they would prefer 3 days or 4 days a week. We currently have 2 full-time Sales Staff in the front office. The position we are advertising for is support for them.  They will be doing the training.

In this position you will be the first person our customers will meet either as they walk in to our building or if they are calling on the phone.  We are looking for someone who is outgoing, friendly, and enjoys people. This individual should be able to multi-task and yet be detailed orientated.  

On a daily basis this person would greet customer walk-ins, retrieve orders that are complete and help check the customer out. They would answer phones and field questions from customers requests and questions. They would respond to email inquiries and work with internal staff to meet the creative needs and deadlines of our customers.  

This position has the postential to support our graphics team with basic art needs using Adobe Suite.

• High School Education
• Ideally a two year graphics program degree
• Knowledge and or experience with microsoft office, Adobe Illustrator, Google Suite, 
• Familiarity with ecommerce services.  We have online stores very similar to Shopify.
• Basic understanding of screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products a plus

• $18.00 to $20.00 an hour
