The Marketing Specialist will be working with the team to develop and execute online marketing programs which will include, but not are limited to - Search Marketing (PPC/SEO), Content Creation, Email Marketing, Social Media Management, Customer Relations Management, Data Management and additional tasks.
As a Marketing Specialist, this individual will possess the ability to translate business objectives into actionable online programs to achieve business results, providing reports on a regular basis. The Specialist will play an important role in guiding the online components to comprehensive marketing campaigns, including the identification and implementation of innovative opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in the content strategy toolkit including crafting personas, mental models, gap analysis documents, competitive analysis documents, content audits, keyword research & social listening. Solid understanding of social media, search engine optimization and online reputation. Experience with and understanding of Content Management Systems. Understanding of Web development for search optimization, Web taxonomies and application of metadata. Understanding of tracking software for search, social media and Web traffic. Ability to analyze data, create charts and graphs and deliver marketing presentations in a professional manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
