Marketing Specialist - Corporate Branding

About the Role: Cboe is actively seeking a highly motivated person to fill the role of Marketing Specialist – Corporate Branding. Experience with brand, corporate gifting, events, sales support, project management and social media is required, along with excellent written/verbal communication and creativity skills.

Where You’d Work: Chicago, New York or Kansas City. Remote/Hybrid/In-office flexibility in the U.S.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with external partners (agencies, sponsorships, etc.) and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of brand campaigns and experiences. Assist with the development and manage fulfillment of advertising and brand materials. 
  • Manage development, creation and sourcing of all global gifts. 
  • Ensure quality assurance for marketing materials and promotions. 
  • Partner with the marketing technology team to ensure proper measurement of relevant KPIs for all brand partnerships and campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to create new marketing initiatives, including development, implementation and measuring results. 
  • Manage marketing collateral to ensure content is regularly updated and accurate. 
  • Draft, proofread and disseminate marketing communications. 
  • Support event marketing efforts including planning, execution and follow up. 
  • Work directly with web developers to maintain websites with approved up-to-date materials and content. 
  • Support social media strategy and execution. 
  • Assist with developing video production content. 
  • Help to maintain and continuously define company brand.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field. 
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a marketing position, preferably in the financial industry. 
  • Experience with branding, gifting, event planning and execution. 
  • Strong analytical background. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with marketing automation (Pardot preferred), Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator a plus. 
  • Experience in marketing material preparation from brainstorming new initiatives through implementation. 
  • Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
