Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading digital marketing efforts. They will develop marketing campaigns for digital platforms, including social media and CRM electronic communications. The Marketing Specialist will manage the Search Engine Optimization platform and conduct analysis for continuous improvements of all marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft content and distribute email marketing materials and campaigns. 
  • Manage Search Engine Optimization platform. 
  • Assist with website updates/web creation and publishing marketing content to the web.
  • Monitor and report out website analytics. 
  • Develop and implement a social media plan to increase engagement. 
  • Maintain marketing contacts and assist with maintaining CRM system and reporting. 
  • Create, post and distribute video content, including but not limited to how to videos, case examples, booth displays, and webinars. 
  • Create, publish and track response to digital marketing efforts. 
  • Identify new digital marketing opportunities. 
  • Develop marketing content including but not limited to blog stories, press releases, social media posts, emails, presentations, sales materials and web content. 
  • Identify unique and new marketing opportunities for the Company. 
  • Research and make recommendations regarding workflow, productivity, and system improvements for the Sales and Marketing group. 
  • Assist with development and maintenance of a training program and assist with training of new employees. 
  • Maintain professional, genetic, and technical knowledge of PreventionGenetics products, policies, and procedures. 
  • Represent department at inter-department meetings. 
  • Stay abreast of industry in order to understand impact and changes within the department.
  • Associate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field. Bachelor's preferred. 
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in marketing preferred. 
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Pardot 
  • Experience with Google Analytics suite of products 
  • Web/HTML knowledge 
  • Video editing software 
  • Experience with social media monitoring and posting tools
