We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and self-motivated professional to join our growing eCommerce team!

This is an amazing opportunity to help lead our digital media strategy with a focus on video content creation, optimization, and testing to maximize engagement, viewership, and returns on investments within all major social platforms. This individual will also be responsible for collaborating with in-house resources and any external partners to help maximize results. As part of the Social Media team, this person will also be leading the communication across different levels of the enterprise and working with team members and business units to identify and maximize online opportunities utilizing video content.

What you get to do each day involves:

  • Conceptualize and strategize responsive, engaging video content and ads for all major social platforms (including but not limited to META, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok) to drive sales growth 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups to lead the creative direction (messaging & design), development, and execution of both short-form and long-form video, including live video, content for paid and organic social initiatives to produce creative content that meets the feel and expectation of each social platform and target audience 
  • Under the instruction of direct manager, create social marketing campaigns utilizing video ads and posts to drive results.  
  • Responsible for meeting all KPI targets and financial goals for organic and paid media video campaigns to drive engagement and profit 
  • Driven by media expertise, proactively develop and present marketing test plans with the objective to positively impact channel KPIs, and then synthesize test results to provide insights for future recommendations and decisions 
  • Assist in the development and execution in our strategy to leverage shoppable livestreaming video 
  • Use design, videography, and photography skills and expertise for video content creation to effectively blend with the experience of each social media channel and placement 
  • Work with manager to further research and test expansion of video content and ads throughout digital media channels, with a focus on expansion through new social platforms and placements 
  • Assist in an omni-channel marketing plan to increase brand awareness on multiple platforms using video 
  • Work closely with both internal and external partners (Google, Facebook, Influencers, etc.) to collaborate, optimize, and execute video content in line with key performance metrics 
  • Perform market research on growing trends within video and social media, including equipment and tools required to enhance video content

Required Qualifications:

Education, Licensing, Certification, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Marketing and Technology Management, Public Relations, or Communications 
  • 4+ years in digital marketing or similar role dealing directly with creating video content for social media 
  • Strong technical proficiency in all major social media platforms (including but not limited to META, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok) 
  • Experience with video shooting and editing software (Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects, iMovie) 
  • Experience in managing client relationships and/or expectations

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience using social and digital analytics to drive performance 
  • Positive attitude, detailed, and customer oriented 
  • Strong project management skills with good multi-tasking and organizational skills 
  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal) who is comfortable working in a cross-functional capacity to build consensus and implement cohesive campaigns 
  • Works well within highly collaborative environment – proven ability to manage a project, controlling timelines and budgets, anticipating issues, and working towards solutions to complex problems 
  • Can also work autonomously, proactively updating key management on progress and potential issues with projects 
  • High energy and passion for social media - familiarity with the rapidly changing online media industry, digital tools, and trends 
  • Demonstrates strong strategic thinking with excellent “story telling” skills demonstrated through writing creative briefs, verbal presentation, and storyboards 
  • Clear understanding of digital KPIs related to driving positive video campaign outcomes 
  • Inquisitive nature with a strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Education, Licensing, Certification, and Experience:

  • Educational courses in film production 
  • Experience working in Direct Response Media preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Additional experience with other audio (Adobe Audition) and graphics software (Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred
