The Marketing Delivery Specialist II within the UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement Member Experience team is focused on developing and supporting Renew by UnitedHealthcare health and wellness assigned campaign/project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with assigned Member Experience Lead to effectively develop and execute all assigned project initiatives, including the Renew eNews monthly newsletter, Renew magazine and team monthly reporting and analytics 
  • Work closely with the data and analytics team to deliver clear requirements for member list pulls and track end to end member touch points 
  • Manage the material review and approval process for all materials to ensure they meet legal and compliance guidelines and requirements 
  • Ensure all member facing communications are appropriately routed internally to secure SME (subject matter expert) comments including the appropriate clinical sign off for communications including clinical content 
  • Manage campaigns and projects using internal material management tools (the DEPOT) 
  • Communicate project details effectively with cross functional teams, such as creative, production, data, analytics and SMEs (subject matter experts) 
  • Represent marketing and advocate for the member experience on cross functional work groups

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2+ years work experience related to marketing 
  • You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location 
  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas, In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven project management skills with the ability to develop and implement multi-channel direct to consumer campaigns 
  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint 
  • Demonstrated effective problem solving skills 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities from inception to completion
