Responsibilities May Include:

  • Brand: Advances the SEH brand and brand voice through all marketing channels – internal and external. 
  • Content: Significant focus on writing compelling and engaging content to highlight the thought leadership of engineers, architects, planners, scientists and host of professionals who make up SEH. Conducts independent research to come up with content ideas in assigned areas. Furthers content/inbound marketing strategy by working with subject matter experts to identify and write content for the website, blogs, video scripts, case studies, eBooks with the end goal to be positioned as a thought leader to create leads and attract recruits. Identifies and brings forward content ideas to further strategy(market/geography/cultural). Leverage content through digital channels to build brand and generate leads. 
  • Leads: Leads the development and execution of campaigns from concept to completion; serves as a project manager, facilitating meetings, communicating with stakeholders, setting and managing schedules, working with creative teams and SMEs to reach goals. 
  • Growth: Responsible develop marketing communication strategies to build brand of specific growth areas. 
  • Social: Plays a significant role in building social channels, recognizing importance of a consistent voice. Brings forward ideas and generates content regularly for social media channels to expand and leverage our brand. Dives into the metrics to understand where to focus or pivot strategy. 
  • Corporate Communications: Leads assigned corporate communication activities in partnership with marketing specialists and marketing manager. 
  • Marketing Automation: Understands and actively engages with HubSpot to launch campaigns, track leads, understand clients through daily/weekly/monthly activities. 
  • Ambassadors: Actively collaborates and connects with Practices to help SMEs build personal brand, social sell and to influence others. 
  • Trends: Keeps abreast of trends and brings forward ideas to advance how the team helps the company achieve its goals

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related degree. 
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through prioritization and workload scheduling; work well under pressure with tight deadlines 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to work within a team environment and be an active team member to foster a sense of collaboration, creativity and trust 
  • Experience using a marketing automation software 
  • Persuasive writer

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, SharePoint Online, Content management software and HubSpot 
  • Experience working with subject matter experts, content reviewers, editors. 
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership. 
  • Well-organized, capable of handling multiple details simultaneously, and able to easily move between strategic and tactical work.

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of$75,000 and $80,000, based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at,
