Your Role...

We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist with a focus on social media to join our marketing team and help execute social media strategies and assist with other marketing projects as needed. The Marketing Specialist will report to the Senior Social Media Specialist and be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of social media initiatives and support various overall marketing objectives.

Responsibilities – Assisting with:

  • Execution of social media strategies that support our branding and marketing goals. 
  • Monitoring and interacting with Blick artist communities across social platforms and work collaboratively with teammates to solve customer issues quickly and efficiently. 
  • Social media content planning across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and others. 
  • Maintaining relationships with key artist influencers and social media partners to support marketing campaigns and initiatives. 
  • Administrative and operational support for digital marketing assets. 
  • Analyzing social media metrics and generating reports on key performance indicators to inform future social media strategies. 
  • Implementation of paid social media campaigns in conjunction with other marketing programs.

Proficiencies and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field 
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in social media marketing or related field. 
  • Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite. 
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail. 
  • Available for weekend support as needed. 
  • Passion for interacting with social audiences and providing best-in-class customer service. 
  • Creative problem solver with a willingness to learn and adapt. 
  • Familiarity with social media trends and best practices. 
  • Ability to multitask and function in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Occasional light travel may be required.
