The Marketing team focuses its efforts on the promotion and management of the Egan Company brand to ensure the company is well-positioned to achieve its corporate goals. Its main responsibility is to understand all aspects of the brand, uncover growth opportunities, and initiate consistent, meaningful connections to Egan with a focus on creating an exceptional brand experience. The marketing team partners with all aspects of the company’s business units and corporate groups to strategically develop and execute initiatives around the demands of customers, the market, and employees. The marketing team’s primary core competencies are:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the RFP/RFQ/RFI process – from content development to on-going corporate resume building
  • Coordinate, write, review, edit, and layout proposals from the strategy/development phase through final production in pursuit of prospective projects
  • Work with group leadership, marketing, business development, and project teams to design, write, layout, and produce strategic proposals responses, qualifications statements, and interview materials, and other marketing tools under tight deadlines
  • Create content and actively maintain corporate resume (bios, resumes, project experience) for content marketing and usage in business development efforts
  • Plan, curate, and develop content in accordance with content marketing strategy for customer, internal, and public communications
  • Work closely with Marketing team and other internal parties to define, support, write, and produce effective B2B marketing initiatives that may include: marketing and sales support materials, newsletters, social media, blog, website, email campaigns, public relations, advertising, special events, and other corporate projects
  • Client communication list procurement and CRM system administration 
  • Set goals, develop plan/workflows, and drive execution for effective collection and measurement of feedback across all disciplines through a customer engagement plan / feedback loop 
  • Engage in professional organizations to promote the brand and develop strong business ties

Qualifications:

  • BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Sales
  • At least three years of marketing experience in a cross-functional organization (construction, engineering, or architectural environment is helpful)
  • Demonstrated experience with proposal development and client presentations.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite required; InDesign highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage and execute multiple projects under competing deadlines 
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Working knowledge with CRM systems (ie. Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, or similar) 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Products and Google Apps, such as Gmail, Sheets, etc.
