Fort HealthCare, located in Fort Atkinson, WI, 30-miles east of Madison and 60-miles west of Milwaukee, is an integrated acute care hospital and health system that attracts patients throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Fort Memorial Hospital is a modern, fully accredited, acute care facility with 49 licensed beds. More than 100 physicians are on staff at Fort HealthCare, which currently employs 60 physicians, advanced practitioners, and other healthcare providers. We have clinics offering primary and surgical specialty care and are located in Fort Atkinson, Cambridge, Johnson Creek, Jefferson, Lake Mills and Whitewater.
