We are seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This new and unique opportunity will create and implement a company marketing strategy to showcase our outstanding 75-year reputation and support our marketing firm through our very exciting company rebrand. This person will have the opportunity to manage a broad range of projects from content creation, event planning and execution, photography, videography, and internal stakeholder communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implementation of a marketing strategy around talent attraction and recruiting. 
  • Create content that aligns with the company’s brand standards for business development, events, PR, social media, internal communications, etc. 
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, television, radio etc.) 
  • Plan, manage, and track Marketing Budget 
  • Capture images, videos, and stories of both our people and of our craft. 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics. 
  • Organize, communicate, and execute company events and sponsorship opportunities.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, journalism or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with demonstrated success in brand storytelling and administering a marketing project with measurable results. 
  • Demonstrated ability to write and design clear and compelling pieces, with attention to detail. 
  • Strong skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media technologies (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) 
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, manage projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish 
  • Previous experience in a construction-related industry
