MELTRIC Corporation is adding a Marketing Specialist to our Marketing Team. This person helps present MELTRIC Corporation and its products as the market leader in plug and receptacle technology. The Marketing Specialist supports the design, creation, and delivery of marketing programs. Duties include managing social media and other digital channels, reporting on the effectiveness of MELTRIC’s marketing while supporting Meltric’s demand generation strategy and marketing asset creation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as social media, email, marketing automation and other digital campaigns 
  • Managing the leads life cycle generated via marketing activities, through the use of marketing automation, reports and analysis. 
  • Lead MELTRIC’s social media marketing 
  • Help drive lead generation and brand awareness by communicating effectively with MELTRIC sales channel, manufacturer’s representatives, distributors, regional sales managers, and prospective customers. 
  • Assist with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns. 
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop marketing collateral such as videos, brochures, e-books, and other assets to support MELTRIC’s Demand Generation strategy. 
  • Maintain accurate contact information in our marketing automation and CRM systems. 
  • Support MELTRIC’S Marketing Automation strategy to develop, qualify, capture and disseminate leads. 
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums. 
  • Other marketing project activity as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, journalism, marketing, or related field 
  • 1-3 year’s relevant communications/marketing experience with excellent track record 
  • Excellent English written and oral communications skills (additional languages a plus) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong working knowledge of marketing automation software, CRM, and CMS systems. 
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere and After Affects is strongly desired 
  • Must be organized, hard-working, and reliable 
  • Energetic, flexible and enthusiastic team player 
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
