Marketing Specialist
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our World Championship team. You will be responsible for day-to-day strategic marketing activities and will have ownership of specific marketing projects and programs designed to increase brand awareness, support ticket sales and enhance fan/client relationships. This position will be a critical contributor to marketing operations, working closely with partnerships, sales, digital and other departments as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing robust programs and an interest in ensuring goals are optimized for future success.

  • Contribute to departmental success of marketing programs including special events, single-game promotions, alumni events, etc. that drives organizational priorities and support annual goals.
  • Collaborate with Content and Creative departments to develop campaigns and stories that connect with fans, increase engagement, reach new audiences, and sell tickets and experiences.
  • Partner with external partners and internal departments on partnerships, promotions and content creation to ensure messaging and design are consistent and optimized.
  • Lead efforts to capture results, track metrics across campaigns and analyze data relevant to marketing efforts.
  • Drive individual ticket sales through creative and effective campaigns.
  • Support Season Ticket Membership sales and retention initiatives.
  • Organize and track promotional/advertising inventory to support marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with our digital teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years sales/marketing and digital experience
  • Understanding of marketing principles + experience developing campaigns that use internal resources
  • Brand ambassador to the team
  • Experience developing strategic programs that support organization goals (i.e. ticket sales, fan engagement, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to explore innovative ideas and contribute to out-of-box thinking
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends + game nights
  • Desire to collaborate across internal departments and with many different personalities
