Marketing Specialist

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager, is responsible for the implementation and execution for the EVOCHARGE brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with internal team to commercialize the marketing communications initiatives within budget and timelines. 
  • Assists in developing channel planning sales enablement assets coordinating with the buyer journey. 
  • Coordinates all digital and print assets, completes creative brief, obtains quotes, manages external vendors if needed. Materials may include - data sheets, videos, white papers, webinars, advertising, translations, etc., 
  • Coordinates execution of email, advertising, and deployment of such campaigns, building lead generation and brand awareness. Analyzes and makes recommendations for go forward strategies based on results. 
  • Assists in developing creative content topics, copy, execution and coordination of utilization in multiple marketing vehicles. 
  • Assist with the strategic marketing initiatives and program deployment. 
  • Manages the digital print inventory and asset management. 
  • Ensures brand standards and trademarks are consistent on all marketing materials. 
  • Utilizes new product checklist as part of the Phase Gate Process to plan commercialization of new products working closely with Product Manager. 
  • Administers event planning and tradeshow coordination. May include attending and traveling to event. 
  • Supports sales with training materials and specific customer requests. 
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Experience in creative asset development utilizing Adobe Suite and Photoshop preferred 
  • Ability to grasp and utilize digital marketing technologies and software 
  • Photography and video development experience preferred 
  • Analytical skills to interpret data analysis and make recommendations and adjustments as needed 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills essential 
  • Ability to manage projects, adhere to budgets and work with external providers 
  • Must be self-motivated, work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task, detailed project management skills
