We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, self-starting, creative individual with a passion for connecting with current and future customers. As the Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for advancing RISE Modular’s position as the solution for commercial real estate developers, architects, and contractors through online and traditional marketing channels. This position is charged with accelerating the expansion and use of social media, bringing a high degree of creativity to our existing marketing avenues, and closely interacting with the business development, sales and operation teams to ensure the company’s website, social media, collateral and other communications accurately reflect our brand and achieve overall goals.

Applicants should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects and events and a strong aptitude for managing social media, public relations, graphic design, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events efforts. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing and advertising is critical. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Superior writing and communication skills are a MUST!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all digital marketing, social media strategy, content creation, and distribution 
  • Create, deliver, edit and optimize marketing materials and campaigns (print, video and digital formats) 
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party marketing agencies 
  • Develop written content for newsletters, blogs, and various promotional materials 
  • Run and maintain all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.) with scheduled posts and updates 
  • Maintain a marketing database 
  • Coordinate signage, display materials and plan for company participation in trade shows 
  • Supports internal company event coordination

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field 
  • Minimum of 2 years marketing/brand management 
  • Social media expert 
  • Highly proficient with marketing concepts 
  • Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment 
  • Passion for new solutions and challenging broad-based audiences 
  • Knowledge of forward design concepts 
  • Ability to effectively work independently, reporting progress, and drive a project to close 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications 
  • Proficiency in graphic design and other marketing software and tools

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Experience with digital-marketing campaigns
