EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate must possess a college degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. A minimum of 1-2 years of employment in a marketing or marketing communications position is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
In addition, the candidate must possess the following: Exceptional organization skills and the ability to meet multiple project requirements and deadlines with minimal supervision; demonstrated project management ability; and exceptional writing ability. Comfort and skill in working with a variety of individuals and groups, with strong oral communication skills. In addition, strong computer-based skills are required in the following areas: graphic design, word processing, page layout, spreadsheet, presentation software and social media. Experience with web design is preferred along with familiarity with video-editing technology.
Experience in some, or all, of the following: Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Google Analytics/AdWords or other SEM/SEO Sitecore or other website CMS Copywriting, Proofreading, Editing Skills Salesforce or other CRM software Email Marketing such as Pardot CMS or other website/email marketing software Widen or other digital asset manager
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
