Rite Hite Engineered Solutions Group has a need for a Marketing Specialistat our Milwaukee, WI location.


Rite-Hite Engineered Solutions Group is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist. This position coordinates and assists in the prioritization, production and distribution of all printed and electronic sales tools, product support and presentation materials, advertising, PR campaigns, websites, social media campaigns and various other communication tools and sales support needs.


To provide marketing support for the Rite-Hite Engineered Solutions Group, Inc. (RHESG) business: Fans, Safety Barrier Systems and Loading Dock Accessories. To coordinate and assist in the prioritization, production and distribution of all printed and electronic sales tools, product support and presentation materials, advertising, PR campaigns, websites, social media campaigns and various other communication tools and sales support needs.


Oversee and assist in the production and availability of all RHESG sales tools. This may include, but is not limited to, printed/digital collateral, training materials, competitive product comparisons, as well as video, PowerPoint and other interactive media presentation formats. Monitor and refresh sales tools and/or presentation information as required.

Assist in the production and management of RHESG marketing communications programs, including e-mail marketing campaigns, PR and media relations programs, social media, advertising and lead generation campaigns.

Move projects efficiently through the concept, production, approval and distribution stages, working closely with outside vendors and agencies as appropriate. This includes but is not limited to digital/print advertising, case studies, technical papers, photoshoots, etc.

Maintain/Manage RHESG web pages (including content development, hero images, blogs, banners, external landing pages, etc.) on the main Rite-Hite corporate website.

Manage SEM (Search Engine Marketing/Paid) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization/Organic) efforts. Work with outside vendor to optimize copy, keywords and landing pages to improve rankings and drive traffic. Track and report metrics for paid campaigns and organic results on an ongoing basis.

Upload and manage digital assets including photography, technical documents, literature, and other content in digital asset management systems.

Assist in new product rollouts by coordinating with internal contributors (Director of Marketing, Engineering and Sales management) to develop various materials according to timelines set by the Director of Marketing, coordinating the design, approval, production and collation of all materials and ensuring timely distribution of roll-out information. Ongoing work with internal teams to maintain consistent, clear and correct copy in all marketing materials.

Assist with RHESG training programs by keeping presentations and training materials current. Support other corporate sales training programs as required.

Maintain relationships with all vendors involved in the production of Rite-Hite sales and marketing tools of all types ensuring alignment with overall goals of the RHESG.

Communicate with and assist sales managers and individual sales representatives as required for specific individual projects.

Other projects as assigned.


  • Efficient, timely coordination of sales tool projects, product rollout processes and marketing communications projects.
  • Effective coordination of all electronic product support maintenance processes.
  • Meeting scheduled deadlines for production of all marketing communications material through effective coordination of agencies, vendors and other outside resources.
  • Maintaining high quality in the content and layout of all RHESG sales and marketing tools.
  • Effectively representing RHESG on corporate marketing issues and initiatives as required relating to website and multimedia content and design, digital asset management and other cross-business initiatives as required.
  • Occasional travel is required to trade shows, our manufacturing facilities, customer sites or representative offices.


  • This position has no supervisory responsibility.


The successful candidate must possess a college degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. A minimum of 1-2 years of employment in a marketing or marketing communications position is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

In addition, the candidate must possess the following: Exceptional organization skills and the ability to meet multiple project requirements and deadlines with minimal supervision; demonstrated project management ability; and exceptional writing ability. Comfort and skill in working with a variety of individuals and groups, with strong oral communication skills. In addition, strong computer-based skills are required in the following areas: graphic design, word processing, page layout, spreadsheet, presentation software and social media. Experience with web design is preferred along with familiarity with video-editing technology.

Experience in some, or all, of the following: Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Google Analytics/AdWords or other SEM/SEO Sitecore or other website CMS Copywriting, Proofreading, Editing Skills Salesforce or other CRM software Email Marketing such as Pardot CMS or other website/email marketing software Widen or other digital asset manager


Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.


Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
