Role and Responsibilities:
Lead & grow marketing initiatives for Sure Controls (in-bound & out-bound)
- Website, LinkedIn, eBlasts, Google Searches, Trade Shows, etc…
Working closely with Sure Controls vendors and associates, develop and maintain marketing content that support our core competencies
- Sell Sheets, Videos, Success Stories/App Notes, Presentations, Newsletters, etc
Develop campaigns that increase traffic and transactions executed through the Sure Controls Webstore
Provide support in new associate recruitment through website, social media messaging and brand development
Drive customer leads best practice through responsive follow-up and tracking to revenue realization using CRM.
Provide feedback to lead sources on follow up activities and status.
Provide a dashboard of results on marketing campaigns (what works, what doesn’t work, etc)
Keep CRM contact information updated as responses are generated from our marketing blasts.
Utilize our CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Surveys) to develop campaigns and/or initiatives that grow our customer referral business
- Recommend improvements and ways we can gain better feedback from customers that leads to more referral business
Conduct market research through internet, industry publications, “social listening “ – LinkedIn, Facebook, Blogs, phone, email, webinars, surveys, and internal Sure Controls data mining and report recommendations to sales and management teams
Generate target account lists and share with inside and outside sales personnel to support the strategic sales plan
