ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Work directly with Sales, Marketing and Operation stakeholders to develop marketing resources and tools to aid in achieving business goals and objectives.
Provide support and collaboration with sales, marketing and other departments by managing and executing projects, coordinating deadlines, facilitating meetings and communicating updates
Sales Support
Execute ad hoc requests from sales and distributors for collateral, templates, etc.
Plan and execute Tradeshows and Sales & Service Schools
- Partner with stakeholders on objective, agenda and staffing for each event
- Manage vendors to support events and negotiate contracts
- Design booth graphics and event collateral, including videos, catalogs, etc.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics
- Manage and track expenses to ensure delivery within budget
Coordinate and execute product launch tactics in partnership with Sales, Operations, Program and Product Management
Manage and maintain CRM for IPC users, identify process improvements to ensure better lead and contact management
Manage and organize all sales and marketing information on shared drive and Accent Technologies platform
Design
- Create and maintain sales collateral and tools – brochures, flyers, templates, whitepapers, videos, catalogs, etc.
- Identify and create templates to allow sales and distributor partners to self-serve
- Work with sales to shoot, edit and publish product videos
Always On Marketing
- Work directly with agency to coordinate and manage organic social media
- Execute a blog calendar
- Execute email and other communications to active and prospective distributors/partners
- Provide guidance to Marketing Ops to update and maintain IPC website
- Assist with demand generation campaigns as needed
- Track monthly Marketing reporting, aligning results with KPIs, make data-driven recommendations for optimizing marketing tactics.
