The Marketing Specialist is a new, high growth opportunity that will allow you to push your creative boundaries – all while receiving the support and mentor-ship to become a senior level, integrated marketer.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for all aspects of marketing project coordination with a large emphasis on omni-channel content creation with a hint of graphic design. The Marketing Specialist will drive compelling content delivery and campaign analysis across a variety of channels including social media, blogs, email campaigns, one pagers, and other creative collateral pieces. The Marketing Specialist will play a major role in supporting go-to-market initiatives and must possess the eagerness to push high quality campaigns through to completion.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

  • Provide day-to-day coordination for various marketing projects under the direct guidance of the Marketing Manager 
  • Create compelling written assets to support marketing-led initiatives such as social media campaigns, one-pagers, blogs, email campaigns, and other sales enablement material 
  • Leverage your graphic and design marketing skills to enhance the look and feel of our content and graphics 
  • Learn how to measure marketing success and how to present the results in a business narrative 
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization to further identify with our product promotion, advertising, and marketing efforts 
  • Be comfortable with leveraging and learning an assortment of marketing efficiency tactics including SEO, digital analytics, and marketing automation platform optimization 
  • Support the marketing team in various tasks for ongoing campaigns and product launches

What You’ll Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing with 1+ years of experience in content creation and optimization; digital marketing/graphics experience is a plus
  • Basic understanding of digital and integrated marketing principles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication!
  • Unrelenting initiative and willingness to learn…“connecting the dots”
  • Analytical and inquisitive drive to understand and create a higher degree of efficiency
  • Marketing automation platform experience is a plus (we use HubSpot, but any will do!)
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, WordPress, or other similar platforms
