The Marketing Strategist is a thought leader that provides clients with innovative, strategic and actionable solutions that deliver measurable results. The Marketing Strategist is a trusted client advisor with a breadth of marketing solutions expertise, project management aptitude and strong business acumen. Ideally, they will have a balance of hands-on Automotive or Transportation sector marketing experience.

  • Provide program and creative direction, lead ideation and facilitate brainstorming sessions.
  • Effectively communicate and present strategic plans internally and to client stakeholders.
  • Develop innovative marketing solutions that drive consumer behavior and achieve measurable business goals.
  • Work flexibly within the areas of traffic driving, marketing promotions, loyalty, customer experience and digital spheres.
  • Fuel team with consumer, dealer, brand, competitive and market insights that help them understand current best practices and emerging trends.
  • Develop ideas for new business development and work closely with sales to create business growth, promote DCI-Artform’s brand position and expand servicing scope.
  • Create sales materials, case studies, capabilities and concept presentations.
  • Assist in execution of the programs through internal team management, timing and budget development.
  • Complete hands-on content development tasks such as copywriting and asset gathering.
  • Provide client service including status reports, weekly calls, dealer outreach, program progress and reporting.
  • Deliver research plans, gather and assess consumer insights and develop metrics and ROI information.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience).
  • Proven client relationship manager accustom to presenting and influencing C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated success to deliver marketing solutions for complex businesses.
  • Excellent presentation development and delivery skills.
  • Experience with CRM, promotional, point-of-sale, direct and digital marketing.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage campaign elements and execution.
  • Highly analytical and focused on measurement; strong understanding of key performance indicators and marketing metrics.
