Summary:

The marketing strategist is responsible for analyzing qualitative and quantitative information to determine the best way to promote a product, service, or open position, get new customers or generate sales. This role goes beyond building and maintaining client relationships, and executing marketing plans, to serve as the conduit between the account planning team and the client support team to ensure marketing efforts are a success. A successful candidate has experience in developing, implementing, and tracking marketing strategies. He/she has honed skills in strategy development, digital marketing, and client relationship building. Blended work schedule - in office and remote

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Live the Imaginasium trust accelerators and purpose/values (See below)
  • Build and nurture client relationships 
  • Set strategic marketing goals that align with the overall brand direction and client business goals and objectives 
  • Develop and maintain digital campaigns 
  • Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI 
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creation 
  • Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects, and marketing plans 
  • Manage quarterly detailed plans, including the scope of work, project schedules, timelines, and estimates 
  • Monitor monthly projections and maintain accountability for monthly revenue and profit goals and client marketing budgets 
  • Manage projects, including outside resources needed for execution

Qualifications:

  • Relationship/customer-first mindset 
  • Understanding of CRM and Content Management Systems 
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics 
  • Critical thinker with data-driven, analytical aptitude 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills 
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills 
  • Ability to lead and work with a team respectfully and enthusiastically 
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, journalism, communications, marketing or business
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven digital marketing experience
