The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

The person hired for the position of Marketing Technology Senior Specialist will be responsible for driving the strategic integration and optimization of Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to support revenue growth. This role primarily focuses on bottom-of-funnel activities, including lead management, improving pipeline visibility, and strengthening sales engagement. At the same time, success in this role requires a full-funnel perspective, ensuring lead management seamlessly connects with mid-funnel nurture efforts and top-of-funnel demand generation to create a cohesive marketing-to-sales experience.

This individual will serve as a crucial link between various functions across the organization – Marketing, Commercial Excellence, IT, Operations, Legal & Compliance – to ensure technology solutions align with business needs and customer expectations, as well as partner with activation teams to drive adoption and maximize impact through effective use.

As a Marketing Technology Senior Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Develop and execute marketing technology roadmaps by partnering with global, area, and division marketing stakeholders to meet internal and customer-driven requirements.
  • Lead projects that integrate marketing technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and modern solutions that can evolve with customer expectations.
  • Optimize MAP and CRM systems to improve lead management, routing, and sales engagement.
  • Enhance pipeline visibility by ensuring marketing data flows seamlessly into dashboards, enabling insights and analytics teams to build reports and train sales and marketing on performance tracking and actionability.
  • Refine lead scoring and routing to ensure high-quality, sales-ready leads reach the right teams efficiently.
  • Support lead progression through top-of-funnel (TOFU) engagement capabilities, such as social media marketing, webinars, trade shows, and paid media, and mid-funnel (MOFU) strategies, such as nurture campaigns to engage known contacts.
  • Align MarTech initiatives with business objectives, IT priorities, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive change management and adoption through training, proactive communication, and governance.
  • Serve as a MarTech thought leader, driving the organization forward by challenging conventions, evaluating emerging technologies, and making smarter vendor decisions to position technology as a strategic asset for growth.
