Rejuv Medical is excited to announce that we are now looking to bring on an ambitious and hardworking Marketing Web Specialist to be part of our ever-growing marketing team. The Marketing Web Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, implementing, and monitoring web-based and other custom software applications for our Non-Surgical Orthopedic Medical Clinic with Functional Medicine, Physical Therapy, and gym. Our goal at Rejuv Medical is to provide an excellent brand experience for our website users and to generate great, reliable leads for the sales team to call on.

As an online marketing specialist at Rejuv Medical, you will get to do more than drive traffic to our website. You will showcase your ability to work closely with other talented and dedicated digital marketing professionals who are among the most talented in the industry. More specifically, you will get to work closely with website managers and editors, content marketers, email marketing specialists, mobile marketing developers, social media teams, and more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)

  • Develops, tests, documents, and implements high quality websites and applications on time that perform according to specifications and requirements 
  • Will design and develop content-related web pages for lead generation 
  • Continuously evaluates the design and functionality of supported websites and applications, and makes thoughtful and significant recommendations for improvements 
  • Analyzes performance of websites and takes action to correct deficiencies 
  • Develops and adheres to development standards that allows for the maintainability of code in a manner that supports team development 
  • Provides a minimum of weekly status report updates for current projects 
  • Participates in the development, deployment, and support of a variety of websites that use various technologies including Microsoft .NET tools and MS-SQL Server databases 
  • Provides the troubleshooting and resolution support issues (on-call availability during off-hours for emergencies, if needed) 
  • Participates in all SDLC phases including architecture specifications and design; website configuration; database design; programming; quality assurance; testing and implementation; and ongoing maintenance and support 
  • Works with IT counterparts and management team to employ analysis and design techniques including case analysis, object modeling and database/website schema design to ensure business goals 
  • Participates in the development and implementation of new business processes that improve efficiency and enhance productivity 
  • Provides research and recommendations for innovative approaches for software development technology 
  • Participates in the modification and architecture of websites to resolve issues and plan for future growth
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing preferred 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to execute verbal, visual, and written communications efforts to present ideas and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Build and optimize a secure web page for evolving business needs 
  • Provide continued support for one or more web properties 
  • Maintain communication with team members and supervisors concerning the direction of the website. 
  • Have a good background with Code and script applications 
  • Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming language & knowledge of one or more: PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, JavaScript, WordPress etc. 
  • API Knowledge and Background, Search Engine Optimizing (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM) 
  • Background of programming and working with a CRM business systems 
  • Perform routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis 
  • Ability to write and edit technical documentation 
  • Knowledge of modern HTML/CSS 
  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Hands on experience with networking diagnostics 
  • Ability to identify yourself as a self-starter and work independently
