Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for the strategy, planning, buying, and executing of digital media campaigns on social media / digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute social media advertising campaigns through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns within ads manager(s).
  • Manage multiple clients in various markets.
  • Document performance and make recommendations to the VP of Digital and Senior Media Buyer.
  • Develop reports and update monthly metrics spreadsheets for tracking purposes.
  • Communicate campaign needs to the creative and account departments based on campaign/ad account performance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:

  • Three years experience in digital marketing (Bachelor’s Degree is preferred)
  • Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager required
  • Familiarity with other ads manager platforms (ie Google, Programmatic, etc.)
  • Google and Facebook certifications are a bonus
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and analytics tools
  • Proven success running both lead generation and e-commerce campaigns

This is a full-time Exempt position. Work days will require flexibility and a sense of urgency to meet customer’s needs. Must be able to work remotely. Ideal candidate is located in/near Milwaukee and able to work in-office three days a week (not required).

Compensation is DOE and is on the $45,000 to $55,000 range.
