The Media Coordinator is responsible for working across diverse accounts in the travel, education, healthcare, as well other client industries. This role demands a detail-oriented, proactive individual capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Handle billing and media-related clerical tasks.
  • Create media presentations using Microsoft Office.
  • Participate in digital media plan execution, including ad trafficking, campaign monitoring, and optimizations.
  • Provide support to Supervisors, Associate Media Directors, and the Media Director.
  • Learn media buying (print, broadcast, online) as you progress in the role. Be able to anticipate account needs based on this learned experience.
  • Communicate with external vendors in a professional and clear demeanor.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or Communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Internet research experience.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, proofreading, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with online planning and tracking tools (e.g., Strata, Google Campaign Manager, Nielsen Ad Intel, Sigma, IAS) is advantageous.
