Greenspring Media—publisher of Minnesota Monthly, Midwest Home, Meetings + Events, and Group Tour—is looking for a dynamic Media + Event Sales Executive to help power our most iconic brands and signature experiences. This isn’t your average sales role. We’re looking for a bold closer who loves building relationships, thrives on strategy, and gets energized by pitching big ideas across print, digital, and experiential platforms. You’ll sell high-impact advertising solutions and unforgettable event activations for marquee events like the Food & Wine Experience, GrillFest, Fine Spirits Classic, Rhythm & Brews, CannaFest, and Luxury Home Tour.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prospecting with purpose—email, cold call, network, and make your presence known
  • Pitching creative, cross-platform campaigns that deliver results
  • Crafting smart, customized proposals that meet client goals and exceed expectations
  • Managing your pipeline with precision—set goals, crush them, and do it again
  • Growing and nurturing a roster of loyal advertisers and event sponsors
  • Representing our brands at live events, trade shows, and industry gatherings

What You Bring:

  • Proven success in media and/or event sales (print, digital, or face-to-face)
  • Confident communicator and skilled negotiator with serious sales chops
  • Creative brain for custom campaigns and branded activations
  • Fearless when it comes to cold calling and forging new connections
  • Positive energy, a collaborative spirit, and a drive to win as a team
